We discovered these among a treasure trove of decades-old handmade knives in Thiers, France. The Sticking Knife's 6-1/2'' blade will easily slice or even butcher small game or fowl. In between a chef's knife and a paring knife, the Cook's Knife is a wonderful, all-purpose kitchen knife. Limited quantities; rosewood handles. Hand-wash only.
