This beautiful, roomy Iron Roasting Pan comfortably accommodates all manner of items: poultry, roast beef, and veggies galore. The 1 1/2'' depth will catch drippings, hold braising liquid, or serve up a family-sized casserole or deep-dish pizza. Designed by Garrett Wade, constructed from a sheet of iron with fully welded corners and tapered walls, it has two flanged edges to help you when maneuvering it in and out of the oven. The handles are secured with iron rivets, with decorative brass rivets for a touch of color. Comes pre-seasoned, but it will of course season more as you use it. After cleaning, dry fully and coat with a thin layer of neutral oil, then wipe off to protect surface and prevent rusting. Measures 15'' long x 13'' wide and weighs 5 lbs, 7 oz.
