It is ideal for cutting through all kinds of metals and hard plastics. This is not one of those throwaway hacksaws you find locally, the robust all metal construction is built to last. An integrated blade reserve in the handle holds an assortment of spare 18 and 24 tpi blades (included) so you'll always have a sharp blade at hand.
