It is suitable for electric and gas ranges (a conversion ring is needed for induction stoves) The snug-fitting lid features a cast iron knob, and the pan's iron handle is affixed with three brass rivets. Each pan is individually spun, so no two are exactly alike. To preserve your pan's longevity, do not heat above 450 degrees; use wooden or silicone utensils, and avoid harsh cleaning chemicals or materials.
