This vintage kitchen knife was hand-forged decades ago in Thiers, France, one of the world's greatest cutlery centers. We refer to this serrated knife as a Ham Knife, though it works just as well for bread. The symmetrical, scallop-serrations make it a go-to for any slicing task, like carving a ham or roast, cutting up melons, or slicing tough loaves of bread or bagels. A Wide Ham Slicing Knife is also avaialbe. This other blade works best as a slicer of hams, turkey and roasts. Both knives feature 9-1/2'' carbon steel blades, three brass rivets, and 5'' hardwood handles. These are vintage knives that have never been used. We found them, cleaned them, and sharpened them up; with proper care, they will last you decades more. Quantities are limited. Hand wash only, no dishwasher.
