This Flat Slicer is part of our Three Piece Flat Set (39A03.10). Made by a small family business northwest of Milan. The workshop is just a few miles from Lago d' Orta, a picturesque medieval town in the Italian lake district. The handles are made of cherry wood insets which give them a distinctive and comfortable feel. This fine grater can be used to slice a variety of cheeses to add on to your pasta and salad dishes.
